RETURNS + EXCHANGES
My mission is to deliver elevated, everyday joy through thoughtful stationery and gifts. If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase from Sincerely, Jackie, we offer a 30-day return policy.
RETURNS
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping is your responsibility. You may use your own carrier, or we can provide a prepaid label, which will be deducted from your refund. For orders up to $35, return shipping is a flat $5, and orders over $35 are a flat $10.
- To be eligible, items must be new, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized/personalized items (e.g., custom stationery, name bookmarks, personalized lanyards, monogram items) are not eligible for full returns. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all custom/personalized items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- A receipt or order number is required.
- Original purchase must have been made at ShopSincerelyJackie.com.
- We reserve the right to decline returns/exchanges that don’t meet the conditions listed above.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets the criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it does not.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by card issuer/bank.
- If you use our return label, the $5 or $10 label cost will be deducted from your refund.
- All shipping costs associated with purchasing/returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any original shipping (if applicable) will not be returned.
- If you are returning a custom/personalized item, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—posting times can vary.
- Contact your bank—there may be additional processing time.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email jackie@sincerelyjackie.com.
SALE ITEMS
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
- We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange the same item, email jackie@sincerelyjackie.com.
GIFTS
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return once it’s received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver), the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they’ll be notified.
SHIPPING
- All shipping costs associated with purchasing/returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any original shipping (if applicable) and return-label cost will be deducted.
- Delivery times for exchanges vary based on your location.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
